Dear Members, Please find attached the minutes of the AGM. Please do give them a read. You will find some good news about improvements to some of the surfaces on the Newport to Sandown route as well this poster below. The evening itself went well with very interesting presentations. It was good to catch up with friends old and new.
We have had two people join the committee in the last year. If you would be interested in attending please do contact us. You may well have seen a news story about proposed work on the road just before Compton Bay. This is a very contentious issue. As a group we would welcome your views especially if you have some technical knowledge. This is the number of the planning application 20/01281/FUL IWC Planning Portal The National Trust are also asking for views on their proposals at Compton Bay. Here Finally we do have some flyers and posters promoting CycleWight. If you have anywhere you could put them or friends who may be able to help, please let us know. We still have some free bells left too. The CycleWight committee wish you all a Happy Christmas and New Year
